Methods of participation:
There are three forms of participation:
1) Personal partiсipation: you visit Moscow and bring artwork in person.
2) Artwork partiсipation: you ship artwork, we exhibit
3) Art print participation: you send file, we print and exhibit
Participants of all these forms have equal rights at participating in the competition.
Registration sequence:
Stage 1:
The author determines which way he will participate:
IN PERSON or IN ABSENTIA.
All participants have equal rights and are evaluated on the same 10-point scale, regardless of the method of participation in the project.
Stage 2:
The author registers his works by filling out registration forms for each work separately. The format of photographic materials .jpeg or .tiff, from 1 to 20 MB.
The Organizing Committee reviews the works and invites you to participate by sending a link to the author's email to pay the registration fee.
Stage 3:
The author pays the registration fee and sends a copy (screenshot) your payment by email: info@artfestival.asia
After the organizing committee receives a receipt for payment of the registration fee, the author's work is allowed to participate in the exhibition and competition.
Regulations
PRE-SELECTION
The author decides on his own in which nomination his work will be presented. The Organizing Committee conducts a preview of the works based on the sent photographic images. All works registered within the specified time frame and confirmed by the organizing committee are exhibited at the exhibition and participate in the competition program, with the exception of:
a) works that violate social norms adopted in the Republic of India;
b) political topics;
c) works that offend religious feelings and personality.
The decision of the Organizing Committee regarding the above exceptions is final and is not subject to discussion.
SALE OF WORKS
Full-time works (originals, gicles): All works submitted for the project can be sold at the price indicated by the author during registration.
Correspondence works, photocopies: If clients wish to purchase works submitted in correspondence, the author must be able to provide the original work within 5 working days.
ORGANIZING COMMITTEE COMMISSIONS
The commission for works sold at the Skolkovo exhibition is 20%. The terms of the commission are limited by the dates of the exhibition, that is, the Organizing Committee withholds the commission only if the work is sold during the exhibition period.
COPYRIGHT MARKS AND SIGNATURES
A signature, seal or any other identification mark of authorship is allowed anywhere in the photo image. Subsequently, the contest images are published with the author's distinctive signs. Inscriptions with the names of art objects on the front side are not allowed.
THE AUTHOR'S CONSENT TO THE NEWSLETTER
By participating in the ART ASSEMBLY Artshow project, the Author agrees to include his phone and e-mail in free newsletters notifying about the implementation of this project in Russia and abroad.
If the author wishes not to implement this free service, the Author must inform the Organizing Committee in any of the following ways:
a) by sending a request to exclude his phone and/or e-mail to the organizing committee's e-mail address (indicated on the website in the "Contacts" section)
b) by sending an SMS request to exclude his phone and/ or e-mail to the mobile phone: +7-925-0537000 .
THE USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES OF THE COMPETITION WORKS AND THE AUTHOR'S NAME
Copyright and all other rights remain with the artist. In the case when art objects are submitted to the competition by the author's representative (producer), the responsibility for authorship lies with the applicant. The Organizing Committee has the right to use the name (pseudonym) and photographic images of art objects participating in the competition and exhibition for the purpose of advertising and popularization of International Projects organized by the World Fund for the Arts, and non-commercial use as illustrations and publications in the media. All participants understand that any image submitted to the competition can be used by the project for marketing and advertising purposes, including non-commercial publication in any media, such as exhibitions, print and digital media. By participating in the competition, the author (applicant) agrees to include photographs of the author, art objects and labels in the exhibition catalog.
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for art objects and their photographic images provided in violation of the competition rules or for those who violate copyright, since in this case the person applying for participation in the competition program (the applicant) is responsible.
