The author independently determines which works will be presented at the exhibition and registers them by filling out the registration form for each work.
The registration fee is paid only after the approval of the application by the organizing committee.
After paying the registration fee, you must send a copy of the payment to info@artfestival.asia . Sending a copy of the payment to the organizing committee's email address is mandatory for admission to the exhibition.
The authors who have chosen the full-time form of participation need to call the organizing committee to coordinate their collective participation in the exhibition.
